Pricing questions
Is personal use really free? Is there a trial period?
Yes, it is free and there is no trial period. You can store unlimited passwords, 2FA codes and notes in your personal vault and use the browser extension, import and Emergency Kit recovery at no cost. No credit card is required. Plans apply only to organizations you share with others.
What are the limits for an organization on Free?
A free organization supports up to 3 users, 1 shared vault and 50 shared items in total, with 7 days of audit log retention. Roles, per-vault permissions, fingerprint verification and key rotation on member removal are included on Free as well.
If my team outgrows Free, is any data deleted?
No, nothing is deleted. You keep using your existing items and members; only adding users, vaults or items beyond the limit is blocked until you move to Team.
How much does the Team plan cost?
The Team plan is quoted based on the size of your organization. Send your user count and requirements to muhammed@aliguc.com and we will prepare a quote. Team has no limit on users, shared vaults or items and keeps the audit log for 365 days.
Is security stronger on paid plans?
No. Zero-knowledge encryption, hosting in Türkiye, passkeys and two-step login, encrypted backups and the Emergency Kit are identical on every plan. Plans only determine organization size limits and audit log retention.
How will payments work? Where are card details processed?
When paid plans open, payments will be taken in Turkish lira through iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Card details are entered directly into iyzico’s form on a separate page and never reach our servers.
