Your master password encrypts everything on this device. It is never sent to us.

At least 12 characters. A few random words make a strong, memorable password.

We cannot recover your master password. If you forget it, only your Emergency Kit (shown next) can get you back in. Nobody else, including us, can decrypt your vault.
